The hotel's location is pretty awesome, just a quick 5-minute walk to Scope Arena, which was perfect for our event! The design is stunning and super artsy, really made the place feel unique. Plus, the complimentary bottled water and fruit on every floor were a nice touch that added a bit of luxury to our stay.

The experience fell flat because the elevators were mostly out of order during our visit. Climbing narrow stairs with all our bags was exhausting! To top it off, our room wasn’t as clean as it should've been—there were food scraps and hair everywhere. Definitely won't be rushing back!

I truly appreciated the beautiful art and design throughout the hotel; the rotating glass pieces, including the stunning six-foot bunnies, added a whimsical touch. the hotel's location was also very convenient for exploring Downtown Norfolk, just a short walk from the arena.
